Build a business that makes room for your actual capacity.
Your business is generating revenue. Clients value your work. There’s real potential in what you’ve built. But keeping it all moving asks too much of you. Creative work gets pushed into the evening. Decisions keep coming back to you. The systems look organized, yet living inside them still leaves you depleted.
The Energy Blueprint is a four-month engagement with Hannah to understand what’s happening and build a more sustainable foundation around it. We gather your time and energy data, look at how the pieces of your life and business interact, and work through practical changes together.
Joining confirms you interest to learn more, not a commitment.
You may already know that back-to-back calls drain you or that mornings are your strongest creative window. The difficult part is making that knowledge matter when your team needs answers, your booking system offers those hours to clients, and delivery deadlines leave little room to recover.
Those pieces affect each other. Changing one while the others stay fixed can leave you relying on willpower to hold everything together.
The Blueprint gives us time to see that fuller picture. We look at where your energy is going, which conditions support it, and which structures keep requiring you to override what you already know.
Then we choose where to begin changing the pattern.
We use the WEAL Framework™ to explore four connected layers. Looking at these together helps us choose changes with a better understanding of what will need to support them.
Your internal information: energy patterns, lived experience, and the signals you’re learning to notice. We use tracking to examine what different activities and conditions ask of you.
The structures you operate within: your calendar, tools, business model, delivery processes, and the practical demands of life outside work.
The expectations you have with clients, teammates, people in your life, and yourself—including the unspoken ones that have become the default.
How those layers show up in your actual days: routines, transitions, recovery, and the decisions you make when capacity changes.
Your priorities will come from your data and circumstances. They might include:
Protecting creative or strategic work within a calendar that also needs to serve clients.
Adjusting availability and response expectations so focus is possible.
Recognizing which tasks need your involvement and where clearer ownership could help.
Building flexibility into the way you deliver work.
Creating routines and recovery options for different levels of capacity.
Using what you learn about your energy to make more realistic commitments.
We choose a manageable sequence together. You’ll have a way to work on the foundation without needing to change every part of the business at once.
“I went into it knowing that I wanted to avoid burnout (because I had been there many times before). It was amazing to see my natural energy fluctuations and was empowered to create boundaries or space to accommodate for myself. I also appreciated that Hannah understands how a business is run and what it takes to manage people or projects. I felt so much progress in the small details and the big picture throughout.”

The first four weeks center on tracking your time and energy. Using a lightweight custom app, you check in with four questions about your energy, focus, motivation, and flow. Each energy check-in takes about 30–60 seconds per hour.
Alongside the tracking, two coaching calls begin exploring your WEAL alignment. We’re building context while the data accumulates.
I analyze the data and prepare a comprehensive report that brings together the patterns, contradictions, and opportunities we can see.
This gives us a shared reference for our next decisions. I propose the areas to address and the order I’d approach them, and we shape that direction around what’s realistic and relevant for you.
Set the Intention
Choose a specific pattern or question to explore.
Experiment
Try a small, supportive change within a defined period.
Evaluate
Review what happened, including what surprised you or didn’t fit.
Decide
Keep, refine, deepen, or set aside the experiment based on what we learned.
Calls every other week give us space to review what’s happening and choose the next step. Each experiment adds information you can use as your life and business continue to change.
Our closing call focuses on what you’ve learned and how to continue independently. You’ll have your analysis and the experience of working through four experiments, along with a repeatable way to approach the next question.
For graduates interested in longer-term support, we can also discuss Ongoing Business Advisory when there’s mutual fit and availability.
A four-month, 16-week engagement with me.
30 days of time and energy tracking using a lightweight custom app.
A comprehensive analysis report and personalized next steps from Hannah.
Coaching calls every other week, including two during the tracking phase.
Four complete, guided SEED experiments to better support your energy and capacity.
A closing call focused on what the work looks like beyond our engagement.
The Blueprint is designed for founders and creative entrepreneurs whose businesses are generating revenue, but whose ways of working are becoming unsustainable.
You have some agency over your schedule, services, or business decisions. You want to understand your patterns more clearly and are willing to gather data, try changes, and participate in the work between calls.
You may lead a team or still be carrying much of the work yourself. What matters is that you want to build around your actual capacity—and have room to invest time, attention, and resources in doing so.
If you want a focused first step before a four-month commitment, the Energy Alignment Intensive is another option.
Payment plans are available.
Openings are limited each year so the work fits the depth of support provided and my own capacity. New openings are announced to the waitlist.
No. You can join the Blueprint waitlist directly. The Intensive is an optional starting point for people who want a focused session before deciding whether deeper support makes sense.
We begin by gathering information about your actual experience. Then we examine how your energy, business structures, agreements, and routines affect each other. The experiments we design come from that picture, and we review what happens together instead of assuming the first version will fit indefinitely.
During the first month, you’ll track your time and energy. After the analysis, you’ll try the SEED experiments we design and notice what happens so we can evaluate them together. This is active work, and we’ll discuss whether the participation fits your current season before you commit.
The 30–60-second estimate refers to each energy check-in. You’ll also participate in calls, track your time, and work with your experiments. The purpose is to gather useful information and make manageable changes within your real life.
The Blueprint includes the analysis and four guided experiments. Together, we prioritize what to address within that engagement. A bigger operational change may emerge as a next step; identifying it doesn’t mean every related implementation project is included in these four months. It is important to approach this process as a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
Blueprint graduates are eligible for Ongoing Business Advisory. It’s offered by invitation when spaces open, with a maximum of six clients and a one-year minimum. Continuing is a separate decision based on fit, scope, and availability.
If you want a clearer understanding of how you work and support building around it, join the waitlist for The Energy Blueprint.
