Working together over time gives us that shared context. We can recognize when a familiar pattern is showing up in a new role, relationship, or stage of the business. We can also notice when your needs have changed and an old solution no longer fits.

How we work together

The retainer includes systems strategy sessions every other week, thought partnership, and ad-hoc consulting within our agreed scope.

We draw on your Blueprint data, what we’ve learned through previous experiments, and what’s happening in the business now. Over time, that shared knowledge helps us make more informed decisions about what to maintain, what to change, and what to leave for another season.

A deliberate next step

Ongoing Business Advisory is available to Energy Blueprint graduates by invitation. Completing the Blueprint gives us a shared foundation and experience of working together before considering a longer commitment.

I work with a maximum of six advisory clients at any time. Interested graduates are notified as spaces become available.

Investment starts at $4,000 per month, with a minimum commitment of one year. We discuss the scope and fit before beginning.
