ABOUT THE STUDIO
Eigenkind is a specialized consulting studio for founders and creative entrepreneurs whose businesses have grown more complex—and more demanding of them.
The work brings together business advisory, systems strategy, and energy management to understand what your business asks of you, where that has become unsustainable, and what needs to change. Founded and led by Hannah Keyes, Eigenkind builds around your real capacity, the way you work, and the responsibilities your business needs to carry.
The consulting practice behind Eigenkind began in 2019, following years of creative entrepreneurship and over 15 years supporting executives, founders, and entrepreneurs behind the scenes.
Across those settings, Hannah kept encountering the same tension: a business could look successful while depending on someone continually stretching beyond what they could sustain. A calendar could be meticulously organized and still ask too much. A process could be documented and still leave every decision with the founder.
Eigenkind grew from the work of understanding those tensions and helping people change the structures around them.
The studio’s name took shape while writing Hannah’s book, Same You, Better Systems. It gave a name to the philosophy already guiding the practice: your own nature belongs in the design of your life and business.
Before an Intensive or Blueprint begins, Hannah reviews your intake and researches your brand and public presence.
Both perspectives matter: how you present your business to the world, and how you describe the experience of running it in your own words. Understanding them together gives the conversation a more informed starting point.
You bring what you know about your situation. Hannah asks questions, follows the connections, and helps make sense of the layers that are harder to see from inside the business.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem. You do need to be willing to look closely at what is happening and take part in changing it.
You work directly with Hannah on your strategy and advisory calls.
There is room to talk something through before you know what question you’re asking. There is also clear advice: observations about what may be contributing to a problem, recommendations about where to begin, and questions that help you consider the implications of a decision.
In ongoing work, Hannah returns to the context of previous conversations, follows up on agreed resources, and prepares points to revisit. As the relationship develops, that shared understanding helps connect today’s decisions to patterns that have emerged over time.
The business, the people involved, and your experience of leading it all inform the work.

HANNAH KEYES · FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ADVISOR
Hannah brings almost 20 years of experience across corporate executive support and creative entrepreneurship.
Her background includes supporting executives at Hilton, Wyndham, Williams-Sonoma, and the manufacturing industry, in addition to holding positions in private estate management.
That work involved complex calendars, global logistics, reporting, competing priorities, and the details people depend on to make decisions and keep work moving.
Alongside those roles, Hannah built creative businesses of her own, including a custom cake studio and a graphic design and hand-lettering practice. She understands the responsibility of being both the person doing the work and the person building the business around it.
Her experience with chronic illness, neurodivergence, and repeated cycles of burnout also shapes the practice. It informs the questions she asks about capacity, the assumptions she examines, and the attention she gives to whether a proposed change can hold in someone’s actual life.
01
A scheduling problem may involve unclear ownership, client expectations, or work that takes more recovery than the calendar allows.
Understanding those connections helps identify where a change will be useful.
02
Preparation, transitions, and recovery all draw on your capacity.
The work helps you account for those demands when making decisions about your schedule, commitments, and business.
03
The WEAL Framework™ connects Wisdom, Environments, Agreements, and Lifestyle to examine the conditions shaping how you work.
The SEED Framework™ provides a way to set an intention, experiment, evaluate what happened, and decide how to proceed. Your circumstances inform what you test and what you learn.
04
Tracking and experiments require effort. They also happen within a life that keeps moving.
Incomplete tracking can still reveal useful patterns. An experiment that doesn’t happen can show that the intention was too large, the opportunity never arose, or priorities changed. The next step is to examine that honestly and use what you learn.
05
The aim is for you to become more capable of supporting yourself: planning around your energy, recognizing the full cost of a commitment, and noticing patterns of overextension sooner.
You leave with ways to evaluate what is working, adjust what needs attention, and continue experimenting as your circumstances change.
